Ernie lives in Clermont County, where he has lived for the majority of his life. He has two sons and five grandchildren. He is active in Clermont County community organizations, including public and non-profit entities. He enjoys sporting activities, although mostly from the sidelines these days.
Ernie has worked as a law clerk in the courts in Hamilton County while in law school. He has represented clients in United States Federal Courts, and Ohio courts in Clermont County, Hamilton County, Warren County, Butler County, Brown County, Clinton County, and Greene County. Ernie has also represented clients in the Courts of Appeal in Ohio, the Ohio Court of Claims, and the Ohio Supreme Court. He has represented numerous clients in judge and jury trials. Additionally, he has been able to settle many accident cases without having to have a jury or judge trial.
Ernie has represented corporations, small businesses, elected officials, and private individuals in matters other than accident cases. However, his focus is on representing individuals who have suffered bodily and personal injuries from some type of event that was not their fault.
